Conceived by the renowned scenographer Phillipe Delis, this museum was designed as a collector’s house to keep its spirit of hospitality, warmth and conviviality.
The museum starts with Abderrahman Slaoui’s study and the cabinet of curiosities, a very intimate space that gives way to a sequence of rooms adorned with wallpaper, which echoes the objects in the collection. The permanent collection spreads over 600m² on 3 levels, and there are also temporary exhibition rooms where more contemporary works are shown.
